Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Payment terms:Payment terms (100% payment). Payment after the fact. Product price is set per unit including delivery including VAT. Payment of the goods is carried out by the buyer within 50 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery is the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note to the Buyer's warehouse

Providing a sample of participants of trading procedure at the request of the organizer of trading procedure.

Commercial offer should be signed and sealed! The form for filling of your choice. Using your company form is not prohibited by the terms of the tender! Commercial offer Required !!!
Delivery takes place in accordance with the agreed delivery schedule. Commercial offer must comply with specifications and contain the following information:
1. Manufacturer / Mediator
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days)
3. Warranty period / expiry date (on goods and materials, works, services, etc.)
4. Price with VAT per unit lot (to be listed in Russian rubles)
5. Payment terms (a fact / prepayment - providing advance) (recommended order RUSAGRO CC - 100% deferred payment not earlier than 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of delivery (services);
6. Experience with GC RusAgro the market - years
7. Willingness to work on a standard contract - yes / no
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
Standard contract supported by the documentation for the bidding.

Prices are indicated as follows: Price includes VAT, VAT 20%
