Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. 100% upon receipt of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse
2. 25% advance payment, 75% upon receipt of the supplied items at the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:Price shall include the cost of delivery to the Buyer"s warehouse.
Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the products shall be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. The item should be labeled. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier.

Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the contest implies acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
2) Be sure to attach a Commercial proposal in electronic form.
3) Commercial proposal shall specify the product manufacturer, product availability, production time, time of delivery to the Supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), dispatching point;
4) The supplied products must be new, not previously used;
5) The supplied products shall be accompanied with conformity certificates, passport, quality confirming
document and shipment documents (TORG-12) specifying our article codes to be indicated in lots.
6) Before shipment, be sure to fill out a packing list (see example in procurement
documentation), stick packing list on the packaging of the supplied products, copies of documents shall be sent to the customer by e-mail.
7) Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not subject to Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
In case your commercial proposal will not be considered if it does not specify the following points:
Submitted commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Products cost and delivery cost (separately);
2) Conformity certificates;
3) Reference to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery term;
6) Supplier's relation to the supplied products;
7) Warranty;
8) Specify technical parameters of the supplied products (temperature mode, material composition)
9) Delivery cost shall be detailed (the route of cargo transportation);
10) Provide a guarantee of maintaining prices at the position during the 4 quarter of the year 2017;
11) Position made to rates for budgeting;
12) KP must contain a color photo of the offered products and a full technical description.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
