Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. payment of 100% on the fact of shipment within 60 calendar days
2. payment of 100% on the fact of CMA's arrival to the warehouse of the buyer within 15 calendar days
Delivery terms:1. The price shall be specified on Ex-Works basis, Supplier's warehouse, the location of the shipment warehouse shall be specified.

2. For every cargo space with commodities and materials packing list must be attached to the inventory of COMMODITIES and MATERIALS and quantity. (prerequisite)

3. Warranty periods for CMA must begin to act as a minimum, from the date of receipt by the customer or the CMA since CMA in operation (one of the suggested alternatives is mandatory).

1. The certificates and passports for goods and materials shall be attached.

2. If your company is a manufacturer or dealer of the products, you must provide the appropriate supporting documents

3. Prices we require, in the form of commercial offer, which must be spelled out all of the terms and conditions of delivery.

4. If you submit your proposal, you automatically agree with the form of our framework agreement

5. Please note that this request is not a competition notice (public competition) or public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE, art. 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability towards the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
