Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not foreseen, proposals implying advanced payment will not be considered. Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the Products by the Buyer. Proposals implying a payment deferral of over 30 days shall be considered at the maximum possible term - 30 days.
Delivery terms:1. Products must be new. 2. The supplier undertakes to supply products, past the mandatory certification or declaration of conformity in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. 3. When supplying products necessarily provide conformity certificates and passports. 4. Delivery time-up to November 30, 2017
