- коммерческое предложение и прочие документы о соответствии участника требованиям; - копии уставных и разрешительных документов;
- копия свидетельства ИНН;
- копия свидетельства ОГРН;
- копии разрешения, сертификаты соответствия (паспорта) на поставляемый товар;
- выписка из ЕГРЮЛ (не старше 30 дней);
- документы, подтверждающие полномочия руководителя организации.
