Comments:
1. A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT is to upload a commercial offer (offer) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization (please submit a proposal in the form of an Offer+Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation).
2. PAY ATTENTION! If products from a different manufacturer (not the original) or with a different catalog number are offered for delivery, the name of the manufacturer and the modified catalog number are necessarily indicated in the commercial offer. Also, a letter signed by the head of the enterprise must be attached to the offer, in which the participant confirms the similarity of the offered products to the original.
3. The validity period of the offer (offer) must be at least 90 calendar days from the date of its submission.
4. One of the important criteria for evaluating the offer is deferred payment. The preferred delay period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery.
5. A mandatory requirement for all participants is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a standard delivery contract (Appendix No. 2). If there are contradictions, the participant, before the end of the procurement procedure, attaches to the ETP or sends the protocol of disagreements to the draft contract to the organizer of the procedure. Confirmation of the supplier's status is required immediately after the end of the request with the provision of relevant documents in electronic form.
