Comments:
1) The offered products must be new, not used;
2) Certificates of conformity, passports, technical specifications must be attached.description, drawing of the project; documents confirming the quality;
3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms, Experience with the supplier;
4) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the Customer by e-mail.
5) Participation in the auction implies agreement with the form of the buyer's contract.
6) The TAP form in the attachment is mandatory.

Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
