3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms, experience with supplier;
4) Before shipment it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see example of filling in the procurement documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, copy of the documents to be sent to the Customer by electronic mail.
5) Participation in the bidding implies agreement with the form of the buyer's contract.
