Comments: 1) The commercial proposal shall be issued on the official form with the seal and signature of the chief executive officer and attached to the uploaded documents. 2) In the commercial proposal specify: - goods and materials with VAT cost, including delivery to the buyer's warehouse, including packaging (The packaging shall comply with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96); - the cost of delivery shall be specified separately - the units of measurement in commercial proposal shall comply with the requested; - relation to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer), delivery time up to the buyer's warehouse; - warranty conditions; - acceptance of the agreement. 3) Criteria for selection of the best offer: acceptance of to the agreement form, quality, delivery time, price, packaging, payment terms, work experience. 4) This procedure is not a public tender and is not regulated by Article 1057 -1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code, Art. 447-449 of Part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer the appropriate amount of civil liabilities. 5) In commercial proposal,please, indicate separately the cost of delivery, included in the price of goods and materials.
