Payment terms:
Advance payment shall not be considered. Payment upon receipt of the products at the Consignee’s warehouse within 30 business days from the date of delivery and submission of master copies of the invoices and consignment notes, copies of waybills with the receiver’s mark. Proposal validity period shall be not less than 90 days.
Delivery terms:
Delivery to Novorossiysk. Delivery time: September-October, 2016. Delivery and other costs shall be included into the cost of products. The supplied products shall be new, manufactured in the beginning of 2016 the earliest.
Comments: 1. Please, ask your questions about the procedure via the e-marketplace functionality (Requests for clarification). 2. Before bids opening, Participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals Applicant’s questionnaire and the documents (in electronic form) as provided by the questionnaire, as well as a scanned copy of their commercial proposal, signed by the responsible officer and sealed with the participant company’s stamp. In case a participant fails to meet this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of such a participant. 3. Supplier of the products shall be the manufacturer or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (participants shall provide the supporting documents together with the commercial proposal). 4. The price of products shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written statement of that is to be provided). 5. In case equivalents are offered, they shall be fully identical and interchangeable with the requested products and that shall be confirmed by the relevant documents. 6. Be sure to provide quality certificates and passports, as well as technical documents.
Note, this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Section I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
