Comments:
1) CP must be on official letterhead with a seal and Director's signature and attach to boot documentation. 2) in KP must specify:-the cost of COMMODITIES and MATERIALS with VAT, subject to delivery to the buyer's warehouse, packing (Upakkovka should be only according to requirements gosta 15846-2002 and Gost 14192-96);-delivery should indicate on a separate line on the cost;-units of measurement in the KP should comply with the requested;-relevant to the product (a free seller dealer, manufacturer); the term of delivery to the warehouse of the buyer;-warranty conditions;-acceptance of contract. 3) criteria for choosing the best offer: acceptance of the contract our form, quality, delivery time, price, packaging, payment conditions, experience. 4) this procedure is a public competition and regulates articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE of RF, 447-449 German CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal obligations. 5) in the CP ask specify separately the cost of delivery is included in the price of COMMODITIES and MATERIALS.
