Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
100% payment upon delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the buyer within 10 pot. Nam.
Comments: 1) CP must be on official letterhead with a seal and Director's signature and attach to boot documentation.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- price of goods and materials (including VAT, cost of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse, cost of packing (packing must comply strictly with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- delivery should indicate on a separate line on the price;
- measurement units mentioned in CP must comply with those requested;
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- agreement with the contract.
3) Contract awarding criteria: agreement with our contract form, delivery time, price, payment terms, earlier performance with similar orders.
4) This bidding procedure is also not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
5) in KP ask specify separately the cost of delivery is included in the price of COMMODITIES and MATERIALS.
