Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:to payment is 30 day of the month following the month of delivery of the products.
Delivery terms:Delivery of products is carried out by rail or by road to a warehouse of the buyer (ORGANIZATION of Lukoil-AIK "174 km of motorway Surgut-Novy Urengoy), taking into account all the costs and risks of delivery or to the station. Kogalym Sverdlovsk railway. delivery must be accompanied by all the necessary documents according to the list of specified supply contract.
Mandatory loadable electronic documents:
