Comments:
The commercial offer (offer) must NECESSARILY contain the following essential conditions:
- the name of the product with reference to the regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, TU, SRT, etc.), to the MANUFACTURER;
- the quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the subject of purchase;
- the price of products per unit of measurement;
the basis of delivery (place of delivery, method of transportation, information about the costs included in the price of the goods, the time of transfer of ownership);
delivery period and delivery time of products;
- terms and conditions of payment for products.

The validity period of the commercial offer is 1 month.

As a priority alternative, it is acceptable to submit an offer with a full lot.

If the item name does not contain information about the manufacturer, by default the supplied products must be of Russian or Ukrainian assembly. Products of TM GOST are not accepted for consideration.

Contactors should be front-connected by default.

Measuring instruments must have a valid verification certificate.

The contacts must be made of copper.

Cable products default to a voltage of 660V.

The delivered goods must be new (goods that have not been used, repaired, including those that have not been restored, whose components have not been replaced, consumer properties have not been restored), free from the rights and claims of third parties, made on their own or by dealer, as well as equated to to third-party contracts.
A mandatory requirement is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods, a certificate of approval of the type of measuring instruments, a valid certificate of verification of measuring instruments or an impression of a verification stamp.

This notice is not a notice of a request for proposals and has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure of an open request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.

The winner of the request for proposals will be selected by the participant who has proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notification.

- от ООО "Энергоресурс" по позициям 42 и 43, от ООО "ПК "МАШПРОМСЕРВИС" по позиции 41, от ООО "ЭТК Спектр" по позициям 15-18, 43 в связи с удорожанием за счет транспортных расходов;
- от ООО "Эмпирей" по позициям 5, 26, 27 в связи с ограничением по минимальной сумме поставки;
- от всех участников по позициям 7, 8, 10-14, 24, 26, 27, 30, 35-39 в связи с изменением потребности;
- от всех участников по позиции 47 по причине завышенной стоимости.

На основании предложения минимальной стоимости с учетом характеристик предложенных аналогов выбрать победителями:

- ООО ПО "ГРЕЙФЕР" по позициям 1, 2 общей стоимостью 16506,74 руб. (без НДС) на условиях доставки автотранспортной компанией до склада покупателя за счет поставщика, условия оплаты - 50% предоплата, 50% по факту получения уведомления о готовности к отгрузке, отгрузка через 17 рабочих дней с даты первой предоплаты;

- ООО "Эниск" по позициям 3, 4, 15-18, 42-46, 49 общей стоимостью 113865,00 руб. (без НДС) на условиях доставки автотранспортной компанией до склада покупателя за счет поставщика, условия оплаты - 100% предоплата, срок поставки - 15-20 рабочих дней с даты предоплаты, поз. 15-18 - 16 недель;

- ООО "ТД "Промкомлект" по позициям 6, 9, 19-23, 28, 29, 31, 32, 34, 41, 48, 50 (с увеличением количества) общей стоимостью 38386,16 руб. (без НДС) на условиях самовывоза со склада поставщика в г. Кемерово, условия оплаты - отсрочка платежа 60 календарных дней с момента поступления товара на склад покупателя, срок поставки - 20 календарных дней с момента подписания спецификации;

- ООО "СибИнжиниринг" по позициям 5, 25, 40 общей стоимостью 62768,34 руб. (без НДС) на условиях доставки автотранспортной компанией до склада покупателя за счет поставщика, условия оплаты - 100% предоплата, срок поставки - до 40 календарных дней.
