Payment terms:
Payment is made within 60 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:
The products are delivered by road to the Buyer's warehouse (LUKOIL-AIK LLC BPO Base 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway), or by rail to the station in Moscow. Kogalym or to the terminal of the transport company in St. Kogalym, taking into account all the costs and risks of delivery, the Delivery can be carried out in full or in separate batches and accompanied by all necessary documents, according to the list agreed upon supply agreement.

1. The products must be new (official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP).
2. Product requirements:

3. The following are involved in participation:

4. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Fulfillment of all stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Product delivery dates;
- The participant's agreement with the drafting of the organizer's agreement, signing the agreement without a protocol of disagreements (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP);
- Price fixing for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure until the transfer of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP).
5. The delivery of products must be carried out in accordance with the stated requirements (both the requirements of regulatory documentation and additional customer requirements agreed by the parties).
6. The constituent documents for concluding the agreement must be submitted after the applicant is recognized as the winner (the list is attached in the attached file);
7. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer the corresponding amount of civil legal obligations.
8. This request for proposals does not constitute an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
