Comments: 1. The offered products must fully comply with the requested for the subject of purchase. It is possible to offer similar products corresponding to the technical characteristics of the declared one.
2. Companies that have submitted applications for participation in this procurement procedure automatically agree with the draft contract of LLC "UAT-NKNH" (Buyer);
3. The participant, as part of the application for participation in the purchase, provides a complete list of documents (attached). If the requested documents are not provided, the application for participation in the purchase is not considered by the Buyer. The documents must be in PDF format;
4. The participant, as part of the application for participation in the purchase, sends a Certificate of conformity for the offered products;
5. Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of products must comply with GOST, TU;
6. The goods are considered accepted after passing the entrance control (visual inspection, mechanical properties, compliance with certificates with markings and tags);
7. The offered products must be new, not pledged;
8. Delivered products that do not meet the requirements of GOST, technical specifications that have not passed the entrance control are returned back at the expense of the supplier;
9. The purchase is carried out on the terms of an option +/- 100% of the volume of the concluded contract (An option means the Buyer's right to reduce (-) or increase (+) the quantity of Goods delivered under the contract without changing the remaining terms of the contract, including without changing the price);
10. The winner of the purchase is approved by the decision of the tender commission of UAT-NKNH LLC.
