If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1. Acceptance of the text of the contract of the Customer
2. This lot is the procedure for price negotiation with the further conclusion of a long-term contract for the period up to 31.12.2018.
3. The contract amount will be determined after price negotiation and selection of suppliers.
4. Fixing prices for the period of the contract.
5. It is preferable to submit bids for all positions.
7. Each batch of products to be delivered must have the following original accompanying documents:
- certificates of conformity with a blue seal or a quality passport with a blue seal, technical product passports, as well as other documents, the presence of which is established by federal laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation - 1 copy.
- original invoice - 1 copy.
- a commodity waybill (form №TORG-12) - 2 copies.
The invoice and the commodity waybill in the form ТОРГ-12 are transferred to the Buyer together with production.
8. The customer has the right to refuse to conclude a contract without explaining the reasons.
9. Delivery will be carried out only according to actual requirements with the signing of specifications.
10. Payment within 30 days from the receipt of goods and originals of invoices by the "Buyer".
10. Acceptance of participation in a lot means acceptance of the above conditions in full. In the future, when the contract is concluded, the text of the contract is not subject to change.

It is obligatory to attach a commercial offer with the terms and conditions of delivery, in paper form with the signature of the head.
