Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

2. By their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure is necessary before the opening of the envelopes attached APPLICATION applicant and documents according to the application simultaneously with the proposal and file as a scanned copy of your quotations (indicating terms of delivery) signed by the authorized person and stamped by the participating organization this procedure (form attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. The TCH is required to specify the following items:
- delivery time;
- payment terms;

- shipping costs must be included in the cost of production

By providing on-demand proposals:
- map partner;
- Commercial offer
- Certificate of Tax;
- Buch balance for the 2017-2019 g .;
- VAT returns for 2019
- A letter of guarantee unconditional signing of the draft agreement in the wording of the Sender.
- A letter stating that an offer is designed in full compliance with procurement positions;
- Information on technical equipment of the company.

ALL DOCUMENTS loaded must be named in accordance with its CONTENT


Validity of the offer of participants - not less than 30 days.
