Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the BID of the bidder and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure (form attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. The following points must be indicated in the TCH:

By providing on request of proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- Certificate TIN;
- Bukh balance sheet for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT Declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Sender.
- A letter stating that the quotation is calculated in full accordance with the procurement items;
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.
ALL SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE NAME IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT
Validity of the proposal of the participants - at least 30 days.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
