Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment terms by agreement of the parties. Preference is given to suppliers offering a grace period of at least 60 days.
Delivery terms:Pickup by the Buyer from the Supplier's warehouse. Delivery is carried out in full or in batches at the request of the buyer.
The delivery time is determined by agreement of the parties. The procurement participant must indicate a specific delivery time for the goods from the moment of the conclusion of the contract (5 days / 10 days, etc.). The ability to supply goods as soon as possible after the conclusion of the contract is the supplier's advantage when choosing the winner of the purchase.
