an obligatory condition of cooperation is the conclusion of the standard form of the contract of JSC "Azot". The winner will need an essential list of documents: Compulsory documents for the conclusion of the contract: $

- These copies of the certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Statute of legal entity all sheets;
- Decision on the creation of a legal entity;
- Decision on appointment of the head of the counterparty - legal entity;
- Extract from the EGRUL/EGRIP, as of the date prior to the date of the transaction, but not earlier than 30 days prior to the transaction (when checking the tax integrity of the counterparty at the stage execution of the contract, an extract is requested as of the last month in which the counterparty executed the contract);
- The authority of the person to sign the contract, if the person acts on the basis of a power of attorney;
- report on financial results for the reporting period, prior to the date of transaction completion and accounting statements (Form No. 1).
