Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
100% of the price of the (accepted) Goods is paid no earlier than 15 (fifteen) calendar days and no later than 20 calendar days after the acceptance of the goods in terms of quantity and quality (signing by both parties of the consignment note in the form of TORG-12 / UPD) and providing the Buyer with invoices and documents, provided for in clause 3.1.1. General conditions of the draft contract.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
