Payment terms:
Prepayment of 30% within 5 days from the date of signing the contract, 30% - within 5 days from the receipt of the notification of readiness for shipment, 40% - within 5 days from the date of signing the Equipment Acceptance Certificate.

The supplier indicates his time for the manufacture and delivery of equipment.
Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse at the expense of the Supplier.

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
