Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Recommended delay of payment 90, 60, 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the act of performed works and invoice. If an advance payment is required, the advance payment must be secured by a bank guarantee for the refund of the advance payment. The guarantee should be issued by the bank - guarantor from the list of TOP-20 on net assets of Russian banks (Appendix No. 5).

Comments:
Works shall be performed by an organization having:
1. SRO with the right to perform works on the objects of capital construction;
2. Appropriate material and technical base:
2.1. equipment for installation (dismantling) works (rigging and mounting devices, lifting mechanisms);
2.2. Machines and mechanisms according to the estimates
3. Qualified staff:
3.1. Specialists certified:
- on OT (knowledge verification protocols);
- PB (Rostekhnadzor protocol on attestation A1, B.9.31);
- on electrical safety - certificate and log (protocol - for power grid organizations) on assignment of the electrical safety group;
- fire and technical minimum certificates for fire and welding works.
4. Certified workers: welders, installers.
5. Experience in carrying out such works.
