The request for proposals is not a tender (tender, auction) or a public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 1057-1061 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation of the second Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose on the Organizer the obligations established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure reserves the right of the Organizer to withdraw from all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability in front of the Participants.
