Comments:
This RFP is not a tender (form of bidding) within the meaning of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and shall not cause any legal obligations of the Buyer to select the Supplier.
The procedure will be carried out in commercial offers collection form according Order specification (Appendix №1) in conformity with the specifications (Annex №6).
