Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, in Russian rubles within 30 calendar days from the date of providing the Customer with the originals of properly executed invoices, invoices and certificates.
Delivery terms:Delivery on demand (according to the schedule agreed by the Parties), with delivery to the Customer's warehouse (Kostroma). Delivery time within 21 cal. days from the date of receipt of the Application.

Dear Suppliers,
we invite you to take part in Stage 2 of the Request for Proposals for the manufacture and supply of packaging for jewelry of the SOKOLOV retail chain.

The Application specification specifies the need for the calendar year and the estimated need until the end of 2023.
Please pay attention, positions have been added № 15, 16, 18, 20, 22, 27, 40.

Stage 2: will be conducted in the form of an open Request for Proposals, according to the Application specification, with INITIAL PRICES (the best rates between the current and received in Stage 1) without restrictions.
It is strictly forbidden to put 1 ruble or 0.1 kopecks. or any price that you can't confirm!
Offers should not be higher than the bids of Stage 1 (indicated in the initial KP).
If the price turns out to be higher, the Customer has the right not to consider such an Offer.
Your offer can be improved repeatedly during the procedure.
Prices should be inclusive of delivery (Kostroma).

The place of the procedure is SET b2b-center.ru .

As a result of the procedure, the Main and Reserve Counterparties will be approved by the Tender Committee, followed by the conclusion of a framework contract for 1 year. The customer reserves the right to choose Suppliers positionally, according to the lowest prices and positive completion of the Stage of providing samples.

The request for proposals will be held until 18:00 on 19.05.2023 (Moscow time) with a possible extension after the end of the regular time.

A prerequisite for participation is the attachment to b2b-center.ru the final offer based on the results of the Request for Proposals (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) with an indication of the price.

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
