Dear Suppliers,
we invite you to participate in the re-bidding Stage 2 of the Request for Proposals for the manufacture and installation of new elements of advertising, information and interior design of SOKOLOV stores. Request for opening.

Stage No. 2: will be conducted in the form of an open Request for Proposals, according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1), with INITIAL PRICES without restrictions.
It is strictly forbidden to put 1 rub or 0.1 kopecks. or any price that you can't confirm!
Offers must not be higher than the Stage 1 bids (indicated in the initial KP).
If the price is higher, the Customer has the right not to consider such an Offer.
!!!For the Installation position, you must specify a percentage of the total cost of advertising structures.

The place of the procedure is SET b2b-center.ru .

The request for proposals will be held until 18:00 on 21.11.2022 (Moscow time).
A prerequisite is the provision of samples based on the outcome of the Commission's decision.

A prerequisite for participation is the attachment to b2b-center.ru the final offer based on the results of the Request for Proposals (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) indicating: prices for each lot in RUBLES excluding VAT 20%.
Offers of participants who have not confirmed the bids (by e-mail: elena.sulyagina@lucksa.ru ) within three hours, will not be accepted for consideration. The data must correspond to the bids submitted for b2b-center.ru .

To participate, you need to send:
 a completed questionnaire - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation) in Excel and PDF electronic format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
 counterparty card (Appendix No. 7 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel format by uploading the documents to the ETP;
signed confirmation of the offer (in free form), and agreement with the terms of the TOR and the standard form of the Contract.

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
