Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Auto-extension

Dear Participants,
we invite you to participate in the Request for proposals for the provision of cleaning services for SOKOLOV stores in the Urals (Perm Krai, Sverdlovsk Region, Tyumen Region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra JSC, Chelyabinsk Region, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug)

Stage No. 2: will be conducted in the form of an open Request for Proposals, according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1), with INITIAL PRICES without restrictions.
It is strictly forbidden to put 1 ruble or 0.1 kopecks. or any price that you can't confirm!
Offers should not be higher than the bids of Stage 1 (indicated in the initial KP).
If the price turns out to be higher, the Customer has the right not to consider such an Offer.

It is allowed to submit bids in the context of Lots.
Please pay attention to the unit of measurement. Positions for daily cleaning are calculated as the amount for the month in the context of one outlet. Positions with areas for which there are no existing outlets are included in the TOR for new openings.

The request for proposals will be held until 14-00 02.11.2022 (Moscow time).
To participate, you need to send:
 a completed questionnaire - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation) in Excel and PDF electronic format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
 counterparty card (Appendix No. 7 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel format by uploading the documents to the ETP;
signed confirmation of the offer (in free form), and agreement with the terms of the TOR and the standard form of the Contract.

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).
