Comments:
We invite you to participate in the request for proposals on the selection of consumables for the trade of the FCS "Carousel" in the CCF (delivery directly to the facilities of the branches) for the FCS "Carousel" in 2020.
The conducted Competition is not a Competition (bidding form) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Contest is an invitation to make offers.

The procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals
The place for the request for proposals is the electronic trading system b2b-center.ru.
Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

Request for proposals will be carried out in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the statement of work.

Request for proposals will be held until 02:00 p.m. 07/07/2020 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of normal time.

To participate in this stage you need to send:
• acceptance of the terms of the Terms of Reference and readiness to sign a standard form of the Customer’s contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the letterhead of the Company in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• bidding rules in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• Questionnaire "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• if the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;

A commercial offer must be valid for at least a year from the date of the request for proposals.
