Comments:
A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment of the final commercial proposal on the electronic site following the completion of the procedure indicating: prices in Russian rubles without VAT and VAT (20%) (if the company does not work according to the simplified tax system), according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1), the period of fixing prices.

To participate in the procedure, the participant must fill in and attach the following documents:
o the counterparty’s card and the participant’s questionnaire (Appendix No. 3 and 4 of the documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the organization’s seal) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
o Certified by signature and seal letter (Appendix No. 2)
on the agreement with the terms of reference and the readiness to sign a standard contract form in a free form on the organization letterhead by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
