The agreement will be concluded with the Kirov Meat Plant under the form of the customer's contract.
A quality certificate, declaration of conformity and process specification will need to be provided at the conclusion of the contract.
Please attach a full written KP with an authorized person indicating the expiration of the proposed prices.
The purchase decision is taken after testing samples on the production line of the Kirov Meat Plant JSC.
This trading procedure is not an auction or contest, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail a legal obligation with the Customer to choose the supplier. |
