Qualification requirements for participants:
1. Experience in the market in the field of cleaning for less than 1 year.
2. Recommendations from existing customers (at least 3 letters of recommendation).
3. Lack of negative experience in cooperation with Tander JSC
4. The absence of criminal cases and unexpunged convictions against managers.

The technical characteristics of the proposal must comply with the technical specifications.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

Participation is free.

EDS is not required.

A procurement participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.
