Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

You can repeatedly improve your price offers until the end of submitting applications.

For new companies - the experience of providing daily cleaning services for at least 1 year.
Provide:
1. Documents confirming gross revenue (e.g., financial results report);
2. Copies of contracts and list of facilities serviced over the last year with the signature of the director;
3. Letters of recommendation at least 3.

The rate for rent of breakage equipment is calculated at the rate of one PM per month. Minimum rental term of PM is one month.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

No EDS required

Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated companies (related). The other is regarded as a restriction of competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.

This procedure of request for proposals is not an auction or a contest, does not fall under the scope of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations with the Customer of choice supplier.
