SoftLine Trade JSC pays special attention to the fact that this procedure is not an auction in the sense of Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also cannot be considered as a public offer in the sense of clause 2. Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, therefore, carrying out this procedure does not impose on SoftLine Trade JSC the corresponding volume of obligations for the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner or participant.

SoftLine Trade JSC may refuse to carry out this procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Trading Members, including reimbursement of any costs associated with the preparation and filing of an application for participation in this procedure.
