Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered products is made after receiving the products and accompanying documents provided for in the contract (certificates, passports, instructions, etc.) for the products in the Buyer's warehouse within 60 days from the receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
The products are delivered by the supplier's motor transport.
Shipping costs are included in the product price.
Delivery time: within 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract and approval of layouts.

Comments: When submitting an Application, the Participant is obliged to agree with the terms and wording of the draft agreement. In case of refusal to conclude a contract on the terms specified in this documentation, the Organizer has the right to cancel the results of the procurement procedure for concluding a contract in the form of PJSC CHMK, within 10 working days.
Please note that this request is not a type of tender/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting a request for prices /offers, an invitation to participate together with the documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; an application for participation in the request is an offer of a potential Participant in the request for prices/offers. At the same time, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.
