Instructions for submitting proposals:
The file "TK ATO Vita with benchmarks2020" contains the sheets "Subscriber services", "Price list", "Summary of the Competition"
The "Subscriber services" sheet contains information with addresses, as well as with the price of the service, prices are not subject to change;
The "Price list" sheet contains information on the presentation of services with recommended reference prices, you must make an offer for each position, if the reference price is exceeded, you must leave a comment in the appropriate cells;
The "Competition Summary" sheet contains the necessary summary information on the lots, price data excluding VAT. These prices, with the addition of VAT (if your legal entity operates according to the corresponding taxation system), must be paid to the electronic trading platform.
Confirmation of the price offer is carried out by application of the settlement file with the preservation of all sheets.
Name and requirement for downloadable documentation:

General requirements:
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (file PDF format in black and white);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its contents, the name of the counterparty.

1. A certified scan copy of "TK ATO Vita with Benchmarks2020", each sheet is signed and certified by the seal and signature, in pdf format, one file;
2. Editable version of the file "TK ATO Vita with benchmarks2020", in excel format;
3. Counterparty documentation must necessarily comply with the general requirements for downloadable documentation.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the scope of Article.Article. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
