Payment for the work performed by the Contractor is made by the Customer upon their completion and on the basis of documents: a certificate of acceptance of the work performed and an invoice signed by the Customer and an approved annotation report within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of completion work, provision of services (stage of work performance, provision of services).
