Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from products receipt at the Buyer's warehouse.
2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the consignment value upon signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.
Delivery terms:
By delivery to the Buyer's warehouse to the specified address. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Packing according to GOST 15846-2002 is obligatory!
On the TMSC, related to the OG, it is necessary to provide a certificate for containers from the "Russian Maritime Register of Shipping".
1) Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- The cost of the VAT, including delivery to the buyer's warehouse
- Type of packaging (according to the requirements of Gosta 15846-2002 and Gosta 14192-96 for this type of goods);
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the entire consignment);
- delivery method;
- agreement with the contract.
3) The supplied products must be new, not previously used;
4) The KP must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, other documents confirming the quality of products, dealer certificates;
5) Criteria for selection of the best offer: Agreement with the contract of our form, quality, cost, delivery time, terms of payment, work experience;
6) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the RF CIVIL code;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
