Payment terms:Payment of the goods by the Buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which delivery is made.
Delivery terms:Prices are provided without VAT.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of production on the basis of supply conditions DDP - Kogalym, Base BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" 174 km of the route Surgut-Novy Urengoy. (Travel expenses not reimbursed separately)

Delivery of production is carried out in whole or in separate lots, furnished the relevant accounting documents in the legally prescribed term.

Delivery is carried out: road to the buyer's warehouse (diagram attached);

The products must be appropriately packaged and protected from damage

Required loadable electronic documents:
1. A scanned copy of the offer, with prices and terms and conditions of supply ,;
2. The list of constituent documents (list attached the attached file)
3. Permits;
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and seal of the enterprise.

Comments:
To participate are involved:
1. Manufacturers of products;

3. Applicants with experience in supplying similar products

The winner of the bidding process is determined, subject to the signing of the contract without the consent of the typical differences. The winner will be determined by the following criteria:

2. Optimal delivery of products;
3. quality of products
4. reliability provider

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This RFQ is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the application deadline.
