Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:Prices are excluding VAT.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of production on the basis of the DDP delivery basis - Kogalym, Base BPO LLC LUKOIL-AIK 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway or railway to Kogalym station.
Delivery of products is carried out in full or in separate batches, drawn up by the relevant accounting documents in the time established by law.

Delivery is carried out: by road to the buyer's warehouse (the scheme is attached);

Products must be properly packaged and protected from damage.

Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the quotation, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of documents (reference list; information letter about the company; dealership and other certificates);
3. Permissive documentation;
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed with the seal of the enterprise.
Georeferencing:Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Surgut district
Comments:
To participate are:
1. Manufacturers of products;
2. Companies that are official representatives of the manufacturer;
3. Applicants with experience in the supply of similar products

The winner of the competitive procedure is determined, subject to the agreement of signing a model contract without disagreement. The winner will be determined by the following criteria:

1. Minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery time of products;
3. Product quality
4. Supplier Reliability

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to make a purchase at any time from the day of its announcement, including after the deadline for receiving applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
