Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:30% prepayment, 70% postpayment, within 30 kal. days from the date of delivery (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with original originals correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, CPD))
Delivery terms:The period of delivery (cooperation) is from 01.04.2020 to 01.04.2021, i.e. not less than 1 year. By the expiry of the specified period a new tender for the next period is going to be held.
Arrangements for deliveries according to the schedule agreed by the Parties.
The products are delivered by the General Contractor/Subcontractor JSC "Thunder" from the Supplier's warehouse in accordance with the terms contained in the Order, or in case the Supplier wins with an offer, including the cost of delivery, by means of delivery by the Supplier according to the terms contained in the Order.

Dear suppliers!

1. SPECIAL ATTENTION!
All mandatory requirements for filling in the commercial offer and templates are specified in the file: "Instructions for the spacecraft."

Please note that the items are divided depending on the terms of delivery (pick-up or delivery by the supplier).

2. Delivery time to the object of the whole set of equipment should not exceed 10-14 calendar days from the date of placing the order (RD -10 days, BW - 14 days) (with participation in lots with delivery № 1-70).

3. The term of readiness for shipment is not more than 7 k.d. (with participation in lots on self-export № 71-140).

4. Participants are allowed to participate in bidding for the lot of pickup if they have a warehouse within the region indicated in the name of the Lot.

5. Participants are allowed to participate in bidding on the lot with delivery of equipment to any object within the region specified in the name of the Lot.

6. Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of not less than 1 year. The willingness to fix the price for more than 1 year is a competitive advantage of the Participant.

7. MANDATORY requirement for participants - additional filling of tables and attaching them to the proposal:
- Questionnaire for filling the spacecraft;
- KP Delivery by region;
- Checklist;
- Annex 11.

8. Delivery contracts are concluded between suppliers and contractors of JSC "Thunder" "Gene contract".

9. Prices must be provided in rubles.

10. Period of supply (cooperation) — from 01.04.2020 to 01.04.2021.

Only ONE LEGAL PERSON can take part in the tender procedure from a group of AFFILIED (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
