We accept in bags of 20 kg. An expiration date of at least 2/3 of the expiration date established by the representative organization.
Prices must be given per kg with VAT and delivery.
The contract will be concluded with JSC "Agrofirm" Doronichi "preferably in the form of a customer contract.
Only KPs received at the ETP are considered. KP should contain information on the validity of prices. Be sure to attach a quality certificate, a declaration of conformity and an enterprise card.
At the conclusion of the contract, it will be necessary to provide the constituent documents, information about the readiness to bear penalties and information about the deferred payment.
This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
