The formula uses the following quotation value:
CRU is the value of the Ferrochrome EU LC 0.1% C DDP USDc/lb quotation for FX025A according to the "CRU Monitor" section "Chrome" for the month preceding the month of shipment, published in the monthly issue of the magazine. The conversion from USDc/pound to USD/baz. ton is carried out as follows: the value of the quotation CRUx22.04623x0.6.
MB is the average value of the lower and upper quotations of Ferro–chrome 0.10% C average 65-70% Cr major European destinations $ per lb Cr for FH025A according to the Metal Bulletin for the month preceding month of shipment.
X is the value of the discount provided ,%
The price is calculated per base ton (Cr=60%) according to the formula based on the above quotes, in rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the month preceding the month of shipment (with days off and rounding),
The price format is excluding VAT, taking into account transportation costs, packaging, fractionation costs, escorts and security (if available).
When calculating the present value using the formula, use the known values for February 2023.

- Requirement for the provision of primary documentation: electronic document management.
- Input control of products entering Ural Steel JSC (sampling/sample preparation) by an independent surveyor. Sampling is carried out on twice the number of samples. In case of detection of deviation of the quality indicators of the received products from the BAT / accompanying quality certificate, further claim work is carried out on a spare/arbitration sample in an accredited independent laboratory by agreement of the parties. The inspection report on the results of the examination of the reserve/arbitration sample is final, the costs are borne by the guilty party.
