This request for proposals is open for selecting the source of supply on the electronic trading platform. We ask you to send a commercial offer with the maximum possible discount and deferred payment.

To participate in the competition, it is mandatory to attach a scanned commercial offer on a letterhead signed by the head with conditions strictly corresponding to the submitted offer, indicating the pricing formula according to which the price was calculated.

- The required price format is the formula formation (FM-%) of hC, where FM is the average value of quotes "Ferro-molybdenum Basis 65-70% Mo major European destinations $ per kg Mo" for the month preceding the month of shipment according to the publication Fastmarkets (former Metal Bulletin); % is the discount provided; K is the average dollar rate for all days of the month preceding shipment, including weekends, rounded to 4 decimal places, per base ton of molybdenum (Mo-60%).

- Buyer's tolerance by quantity: +/- 25%.

- Contract: according to the buyer's form.

- The requirement to provide primary documentation: electronic document management.

- Input control of products received by Ural Steel JSC (sampling/sample preparation) by an independent surveyor. Sampling is carried out on twice the number of samples. In case of detection of deviation of the quality indicators of the received products from the BAT / accompanying quality certificate, further claim work is carried out on a spare / arbitration sample in an accredited independent laboratory by agreement of the parties. The inspection report on the results of the examination of the reserve/arbitration sample is final, the costs are attributed to the guilty party.
