The starting price of the procedure is calculated as IU quotes value (the average value of the upper and lower quotations Ferroniobium journal Metallekspert Western Europe FCA Rotterdam $ / kg Nb, USD) in October 2019.
As a result, trading will be determined by the minimum price proposal Delivery of material in the period from January 2020 at 2021 in the amount of 6 monthly tchv / - 40% tolerance in the buyer's option.

The size of the discount is fixed for the delivery period and is defined as the difference between the starting price and the final price declared by the participant.
