If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

To participate in the procedure, it is mandatory to attach a scanned commercial offer on letterhead with conditions strictly corresponding to the submitted offer. The proposal should reflect the following points:

The order volume of Ferrosilicon FS-75 is 120 tons per year.The scope of delivery for the procedure is 30t. Frequency of delivery: for the procedure 2 times a month, 5t., delivery date - by agreement for 2 working days.
The order volume of Ferrochrome FH850 is 24 tons per year.The scope of delivery for the procedure is 6t. Frequency of delivery: for the procedure 2 times a month, 1t., delivery date - by agreement for 2 working days.
The order volume of Ferromanganese FMn78 is 12 tons per year. The scope of delivery for the procedure is 3t. Frequency of delivery: for the procedure 2 times a month, 1t., delivery date - by agreement for 2 working days.
4) It is allowed to submit an offer for a part of the volume.
5) It is mandatory to provide a quality certificate for each batch with the conclusion of the supplier's laboratory about chemical. the composition.
6) The willingness to coordinate, at the request of JSC "KZA", a face-to-face audit for the production of the supplied alloy will be an advantage.
Special conditions:
1. The requirement to provide primary documentation: electronic document management, promptly on the day of shipment.
2. The input control of the products coming to JSC "KZA" is carried out by the factory laboratory. In case of detection of a deviation of the quality indicators of the received products from the accompanying quality certificate in a smaller direction, the supplier either agrees with the measurements of the buyer's laboratory, or the measurement is carried out on an additional sample in an accredited independent laboratory by agreement of the parties. The inspection report on the results of the examination of the additional sample is final, the costs are attributed to the guilty party.
