Payment for a batch of Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the Supplier's current account upon the Supplier's full fulfillment of obligations within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of Products and a complete set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, consignment note, copies of quality certificates or technical passports.
