ним право отказаться от всех полученных

процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом

Соглашение между Сторонами считается достигнутым
исключительно после подписания Договора обеими
Сторонами, никакие иные действия Сторон не
рассматриваются как достижение соглашения по всем
существенным условиям Договора и/или не
рассматриваются как оферта и акцепт, направленные
на заключение Договора.
