As a result of the bidding, the minimum price offer will be determined. Material delivery in the period from January 2021 to January 2022. The volume of shipment is 100% of PNTZ's needs (which is estimated at 20 tonnes per month +/- 40% tolerance in the buyer's option).
The price formula will be recognized as a commercial offer: MV (average value of the upper and lower quotes of ferrovanadium according to the MetallBulletin Ferro-vanadium magazine basis 78% min, free delivered duty paid, consumer plant, 1st grade Western Europe, $ per kg V, USD) - discount. The size of the discount is fixed for the entire delivery period and is determined as the difference between the starting price and the final price declared by the participant.
